If you are not afraid of walking and you want to see what is most important in Gdansk, this is a trip for you. We will start in the Old Town with a walking tour to explore the richest and biggest city of Poland from XVI Century. On our way, we will explore the most important historical places. We will also visit one of the amber workshops which Gdansk is famous for. Then we will go to the Gdansk shipyard, wherein in 1980 the Solidarity movement was established. It became the biggest opposition to communists behind the iron curtain. We will also visit the European Center of Solidarity. Then we will have a small lunch break with some Polish local Cuisine. Then we will go back to the city center to take one of the boats to Westerplatte peninsula. It is the place where the Second World War had started in Europe. After the trip there we will head back to the city center.
