§1 General ProvisionsThese Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store and the terms of providing guiding services.

§2 Definitions

• Client – a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit making a purchase in the store.
• Guiding Service – a service consisting of guiding the Client or a group of Clients by a licensed guide through designated routes or locations.
• Urban Game – an interactive form of entertainment involving completing tasks in an urban space.
• Order – an agreement between the Client and the Seller regarding the purchase of a product or service.
• Personal Data – information related to an identified or identifiable natural person, processed under the principles defined in §9 of these Terms and Conditions.

§3 Store Offer

The store offers:

a) Guiding services, such as tours of the Tri-City area as described on the website,

b) Urban games carried out via the Client's mobile phone,

c) Tourism-related products, if available in the offer.

Details of guiding services and urban games, such as scope, duration, price, and terms of execution, are described in the store's offer.

§4 Ordering Rules

Orders can be placed via:

a) The form on the website,

b) Email or phone contact.

When placing an order for guiding services or urban games, the Client should provide:

a) The date and time of the service,

b) The number of participants,

c) Specific requirements (if applicable).

Placing an order implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

§5 Payments

Prices for guiding services and urban games are listed in Polish zlotys (PLN) and include VAT.

Clients can make payments via:

a) Bank transfer,

b) Online payment system,

c) Cash before the service begins (if agreed otherwise).

§6 Execution of Guiding Services and Urban Games

Services are provided under the conditions specified in the offer.

The Client agrees to arrive punctually at the starting location of the service.

In case of a delay, the guide may:

a) Shorten the service duration proportionally to the delay,

b) Refuse to provide the service without refund if the delay exceeds 30 minutes.

The Seller reserves the right to cancel the service in case of:

a) Weather conditions preventing its execution,

b) Unforeseen emergencies.

§7 Withdrawal from the Agreement and ComplaintsT

he Client has the right to withdraw from the agreement under applicable laws.

For guiding services, withdrawal is possible no later than 48 hours before the planned service.

For urban games (digital products), the Client loses the right to withdraw after receiving login details.

Complaints regarding guiding services and urban games must be submitted within 7 days from their execution.

§8 Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

The Data Controller is Gdansker Jakub Zgliński, based in Gdańsk, ul. Piwna 1/2, unit 405.

Personal data is processed for:

a) Fulfilling orders and providing services,

b) Handling complaints,c) Contacting regarding service execution.

The legal basis for processing personal data is:

a) Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract,

b) Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – legal obligations,c) Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest of the Controller.

The Client has the right to:

a) Access their data,

b) Rectify data,

c) Erase data (“right to be forgotten”),

d) Restrict processing,

e) Object to processing,

f) Data portability,

g) Lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office).

§9 Final Provisions

These Terms and Conditions come into force on the date of publication on the store’s website.

For matters not regulated herein, the provisions of the Civil Code, the Consumer Rights Act, and GDPR apply.
